About thirteen years ago, a sincere and powerful attempt was made to awaken the Policy makers of India. In the year 2007, the Chalo Delhi Padayatra taken up by us to highlight the plight of the Agricultural farmers and their suicides shook up the National Capital, Delhi. But, unfortunately, upon retrospection of the knowledge acquired in the last few decades, we realise that the origins of the Soul of India do not lie in Delhi, but its foundations are deep rooted and multifaceted
The model of governance established in our country after achieving rhe Independence has not yet aligned with the socio-cultural roots of the country. Just like the Parliament for Legislature and a Reserve Bank for the Economy, there is something omni powerful but not yet grasped to the extent by the Indian scholars and academic institutions, which elevates the country as a JAGADGURU to the rest of the world. The intellectual conversations and outcomes have become a major source of knowledge churn and wisdom sharing at the Kumbh Melas. ARDHA KUMBH MELA, PURNA KUMBH MELA AND MAHA KUMBH MELA have proven to be the oceans of knowledge and after extensive mindshare at these Kumbh Melas, they have conveyed a powerful message called as KUMBH SANDESH to awaken and guide the generations of the global humanity.
This practice of delivering Kumbh Sandesh through Kumbh Melas can be perceived like a GLOBAL PARLIAMENT but has unfortunately faded over the years. The current global pandemic situation due to CARONA / COVID 19 has made the world realise the significance of our everyday practices like TRADITIONAL NAMASKARA, which is called ANJALI MUDRA as part of Mudra Shastra. Likewise, there are thousands of such practices bestowed in the Indian lifestyle, family systems, Panchayati Raj, Village Administration etc.
To emphasise and highlight all such strengths of OUR MOTHERLAND, INDIA, we planned this YATRA to awaken our society and invite you all to join hands to churn the Kumbh Sandesh at the upcoming Haridwar Kumbh Mela 2021 for the Post Corona / Covid 19 pandemic world
